Aids Network’s 25^th anniversary

Honoring Senator Russ Feingold & Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin

for their commitment to those living in our state with HIV/AIDS and support of  AIDS Network

Friends of AIDS Network (FAN) Reception in the Olive Lounge of the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace at 5:30 p.m. (until 7 p.m.).  This cocktail reception (cash bar) will feature gourmet appetizers and an ice luge. 

Red Ribbon Affair begins at 6 p.m. in the Exhibition Hall on the Lower Level of Monona Terrace.  Cocktails (cash bar), canapés and our silent auction will be followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m.

       Emcees this year are Representative Mark Pocan and WMTV’s Christine Bellport. During the evening, Forward Theater Company and Perfect Harmony Men’s Chorus will perform.  The dinner will conclude with our 25^th Anniversary celebration cake, coffee bar and silent auction check out.

After Party begins at 10 p.m. with complimentary snacks in the Olive Lounge at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace.

Dinner Menu

All meals served with house salad of Romaine and baby lettuce, sliced tomato and purple onion, Parmesan, croutons and champagne mustard vinaigrette; rolls; celebration cake and coffee bar.

Chicken Saltimbocca. Parmesan-breaded boneless chicken breast filled with Prosciutto, fresh sage and Swiss cheese; beurre blanc sauce.  Served with herb buttered Yukon gold potato wedges and roasted vegetable medley.

Stuffed Shrimp. Five large shrimp stuffed with crabmeat, onions, peppers, garlic, herbs and Parmesan cheese atop lemon beurre blanc sauce.  Served with lemon rice pilaf and roasted vegetable medley.

Eggplant Parmesan. Lightly seasoned and sautéed eggplant cutlets layered with mozzarella cheese and Romesco sauce; topped with Parmesan cheese.  Served with roasted vegetable medley.
